I have little critters all ove rmy yard and in my gardens and under my porch year round and it is actually quite annoying. Here is a tip that may help you out if you have tried all other options. Get those metallic balloons and cut them up into strips. Then just tie them around your garden poles or to the latice under your porch. The shiny material will actually scare away the critters and birds.
