When you are gardening you really want to make sure that you keep track of where you plant everything and you can get many different things that can help you with that like a garden marker, plant stakes or perhaps a plant label. The first summer I really got into gardening I did it all wrong and I have learned from my mistakes. I planted vegetables and fruits and flowers and I had no idea where I planted anything until it started coming up. And even then I didn’t know what anything was until it was creating their fruit and vegetables because I didn’t know what any of the plants looked liked because it was my first year planting anything. Having markers can really make a difference in your garden and it just makes it look more organized because it is. They are very durable also and will not rust so you can use them year after year if you just put them away during the winter months. And if you sign up for their newsletter you will be entered in a drawing for 100 free garden markers. Personally, I really like them in my garden and when you are just starting out little seedlings it is important to know what is what because they all have different needs and cares and sometimes even plant food. And you can even get a free marker pencil with your order. Filed under: Gardening Tips Comments:

I agree, garden markers are essential to keeping track of what you have in the garden. I found it difficult last season with my tomatoes, I planted 4 different varieties, cherry, oxheart, gross lisse and yellow cherry. It turned out to be pot luck when they grew!
I like to use aluminium cans, you cut little strips from it and write with a blunt pencil to indent the name.
