Berries
Posted on 01.20.09 by thegardengossip @

I love seeing the red berries on bushes after it has just snowed. I think it is just so pretty and I am actually surprised that the berries are still there. They must not be edible because the birds usually take every last berry anywhere! I used to have a blueberry bush that was wild and I could never beat the birds – because the second that those berries were ripe they would take them. I should have moved it and put something around it so that they wouldn’t get it but I didn’t. I figured that it is there so they can have them :)
